If additional work is procured during the period of this project, we are committed to increasing our staff levels to service the project. We are proud that we have never failed to properly staff a project assigned to us. It is our commitment to the City of Sunny Isles Beach that we will complete the required threshold inspection services required for this project in a timely and cost efficient manner. I It is important to note that for our type of work, we typically work on fast "turnaround" completion basis. Most specific project tasks are requested with expectation of quick response and completion. Seldom do we get work or projects that tax our people, resources and capabilities for a long time. Typically, in any one day, our staff-to-work ratio may vary from less than 50% to near full capacity. Hence, our workload varies from week-to-week and sometimes day-to-day. This is simply the nature of our work and we are accustomed to it.
