Estimates are provided for the purposes of Proposal Evaluation and to establish unit prices for individual Work Items for maintenance and/or repair work to be contracted by the City under individual Purchase Orders, based on the unit prices established under this Proposal. The City and the successful Proposers will establish completion times for each individual Work Item and the successful Proposers agrees that the work will be completed within the time frames agreed upon and stipulated in the individual Purchase Orders and/or Notice to Proceed. 6.4.
