Mr. Juan Fernandez-Barquin, PE, the project manager and your point of contact, has in-depth experience providing Threshold Inspection services in South Florida for both the private sector client as well as public agencies. Mr. Fernandez-Barquin has over twenty years of experience and we are more than confident he can provide the inspection services you are requesting in a professional and timely manner. Joining our team as a sub-consultant, C.A.P. Government, Inc. (CAP) was established in 1989 by Mr. Carlos A. Penin P.E. and specializes in providing Plan Review and Inspection services exclusively to the government sector. Over the last 20 years the firm has maintained a noteworthy track record for their approach and management of professional services. CAP's commitment to excellence includes the guarantee that Professional Bui]ding Code Plans Review & Inspection Services are carried out in accordance with the requirements of Chapter's 553 and 468, Part XlI, Florida Statutes. As such, all members of our staff are properly certified in the appropriate categories by the State of Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation and County Offices of Code Compliance. Additionally, our employees retain any additional certifications deemed necessary by the regulating authorities of the governmental entities to whom we provide service.
