Our Field Representatives are licensed structural engineers that understand both the <br />design and constructability in the field. We pride ourselves with communication understanding <br />that issues need to be communicated to the appropriate party's immediately and followed up in <br />writing. Our Threshold Inspection reports clearly indicate what is inspected in addition to the <br />deficiencies. <br /> <br />Mr. Sullivan is a resident of Sunny Isles Beach and will personally be involved in the <br />inspections as well as signing the reports. <br /> <br />8. Project Workload <br /> <br />McNamara/Salvia, Inc. is currently working on the following projects: <br />a. Lincoln Garage <br />b. 1826 Collins Garage <br />c. Element Hotel <br /> <br />We will dedicate one engineer/field representative to the Heritage Park Parking Garage for the <br />project's duration.
