Bailey, P.E. Ms. Bailey has over 25 years of experience as <br />an engineer and 19 years of performing threshold inspections. Ms. Bailey is an employee of <br />Bureau Veritas and is a Florida-licensed Professional Engineer (License No. 42462) and Special <br />Inspector (SI No. 0902). In addition, Ms. Bailey is backed by Florida Licensed Professional <br />Engineers and Licensed Building Inspectors to support the scope of services for the project as <br />referenced in the Florida Statutes: <br /> <br />Threshold Inspections shall be performed under the direction of a registered Professional <br />Engineer licensed in the State of Florida with a Special Inspector's license, pursuant to Chapter <br />471, Florida Statutes. Bureau Veritas Special Inspector may send a qualified and duly authorized <br />representative to perform threshold inspections on his/her behalf. Bureau Veritas employees who <br />will perform threshold inspections shall be licensed Building Inspectors, certified under Chapter <br />468, Florida Statutes, a licensed Professional Engineer certified under Chapter 471, Florida <br />States, a licensed Architect certified under Chapter 481, Florida Statutes, or a licensed Contractor <br />certified under Chapter 489, Florida Statutes.
