---~ I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I THRESHOLD EXPERIENCE: Our principal was chairman of the Statewide Committee that was instrumental in the drafted of the Threshold Inspection Law in 1983. Sequent principals of this firm have conducted numerous seminars to train and familiarize Engineers and Inspectors with the duties and responsibilities of a Threshold Inspector. Due to in- house guidance and years of experience in the field of inspections during construction, our staff members are fully trained to provide structural engineering services during construction phases. Recently, we have provided threshold inspections services for 2 (two) 42 story towers (Axis) in Downtown Miami, The Downtown Dadeland Condominium buildings consisting of seven, seven-story buildings, Onyx I consisting of one twenty three story building, Beach Side Condominium consisting of five three story buildings, Gables Marquis consisting of twenty-story building and many others. Gables Marquis Axis Condominium Downtown Dadeland P&A THRESHOLD INSPECTION SERVICES QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE: In the past, we have provided similar services for numerous projects. List of projects include Diplomat Hotel in Hollywood, four nine-story condominium buildings in Fisher Island, Cargo Buildings at Miami International Airport, Pallazo De Mare in Fisher Island, Gables Marquis in Coral Gables and many others. Pistorino and Alam's structural engineering services experience include inspection, planning, preparation of Contract Drawings and Specifications, construction phase services, structural analysis, review of calculations, investigation and evaluation of the existing structures and other structural engineering services including emergency response. P&A has performed investigation of numerous buildings and structures in Florida. During these investigations the scope of work included field inspections of the buildings to observe signs of distress, structural analysis to ensure that original design complies with the codes, investigation of the existing construction for compliance with the permitted drawings, structural analysis of the existing deficient construction to determine its compliance with the codes and the extent of repairs required, design of repairs, cost estimating, permitting certificate of compliance and construction observation during performance and repairs and coordination with Building Official, Owners and Architect an engineers of record to ensure that deficient structure is stable during the repair process.
