Also included is bidding phase, pre-bid meetings, familiarize <br />contractors with the projects, and evaluate the bids received. <br /> <br />TAHIR IQBAL, P.E. -Sr. Structural Engineer <br />Mr. Iqbal has experience with unique and complex structures, bridge design, mass transit system and parking garages. He is the <br />inspector and engineer of record for large projects such as the Axis (two forty story condominium buildings), Baptist hospital par~ <br />Onyx. He provided engineering reports, analysis of existing structures, reviews, forensic engineering, foundation design, high <br />structural cost analysis and design and detailing of concrete, steel and wood structures. Significant experience in Health <br />Commercial Site Development, Airports, and High-Rise and many other hotels both and parking garage projects. <br /> <br />JAMES E. TROWBRIDGE, P.E. - Sr. Structural Engineer <br />Mr. Trowbridge has broad design and project experience in many types of structural materials, building types, and building <br />components. He has vast experience and was responsible for the threshold inspections of the following buildings: Aliecity, Steam <br />Plant, and Railroad Apartments. Mr. Trowbridge is currently the threshold inspector for the City of Miami Springs Community <br />Center. In addition his buildings designed include 8 multilevel post tensioned parking garages, 6 story concrete Cincinnati <br />Children's Hospital, 8 story concrete retail and office building, structural steel and precast racetrack grandstand seating structure, <br />6 story post tensioned concrete residence for elderly, and 6 to 8 story concrete block and precast slab hotels. He has also <br />designed concrete and steel highway bridges for State of Ohio and Ohio Counties. Experience includes numerous construction <br />site observations and a onc-year full time ficld obscrvation assignment for construction ofa 2,400 car post-tensioned concrete <br />parking garage at Cincinnati International Airport.
