Messrs. Frione and Kaub each own 50% of the business and they stay involved with GFA's daily operations. They direct GFA's team of professional engineers, professional geologists, licensed inspectors, plan reviewers, building code administrators and technical specialists and provide the following services: . We do not anticipate any changes will occur during the duration of this professional threshold inspection and materials testing contract. GFA is a financially sound and fully insured engineering firm. We have maintained errors and omission insurance and professional liability insurance continually since the firm's inception in 1988 and no one has ever made a claim and recovered against this insurance. GFA's financial statements can be provided upon request. We have a full-time staff of 78 employees and our current utilization rate is 60%. GFA certainly has the capacity and available man-hours to perform this testing and inspection contract and give the City of Sunny Isles Beach the outstanding inspection services that you deserve.
