<br />AECOM will be the "Prime" consultant to the City of Sunny Isles Beach for this proposed Threshold Inspection Services. The Miami
<br />office of AECOM was established in Miami in 1926 and has grown to become one of the largest full service planning, design and
<br />construction administration firms in South Florida. In more than 80 years of continuous professional practice in Florida, our local
<br />office has enjoyed steady growth in terms of size, experience, and scope of services.

<br />The firm's architects, planners, programmers, interior designers and engineers provide total design and construction administration
<br />services throughout the U.S. and internationally. The annual construction value of projects managed by AECOM ranges between
<br />$300 - $500 million. AECOM maintains a full service Miami office and offers diversified experience in a variety of building types.
<br />Within the past 25 years, our firm has developed a national practice in the planning and design of governmental buildings. During
<br />that timeframe, the firm has been involved with a variety of governmental projects inclusive of city halls, county administration
<br />centers, courthouses, police facilities, public safety facilities, emergency operations centers, 911 facilities, community centers,
<br />correctional facilities, and other building types. AECOM is very experienced with projects located in Miami-Dade County and their
<br />respective regulatory approval procedures including those related to the City of Sunny Isles Beach. Our team's depth of experience

<br />During the 80 years of the firm's presence in Florida, AECOM has successfully provided AlE services for municipal clients from the
<br />Panhandle to Key West. In recent years, our firm has successfully completed threshold inspection services for numerous parking
<br />garages, airport terminals, education facilities and other governmental buildings and projects. Our familiarity with this specific
