Structural frame consist wood system studs, <br />joist and girder and exterior plywood sheeting. Two four story parking garage foundation were improve by vibro- <br />flotation then conventional spread footing with isolated column pads. A pre-stress joist and girder system with eight <br />inches reinforced slab was used on the entire elevated slab. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />THE FOUNTAINS, Sunrise, FL. And eight inches reinforced post-tension slab was used on the <br />entire elevated slab. Structural frame consist of reinforced concrete columns and exterior reinforced concrete <br />masonry wall. Performed window buck inspection and final window inspection.
