JEA, Jacksonville, FL, (1999 - 2004). Assisted with
development of site closure plan, environmental plans,
scheduling, cost estimating, and conceptual design
engineering for site property divestiture of active
municipal power plant. Site is a designated FDEP
Brownfield. Site covers 29 acres impacted with PAHs,
metals, and PCBs.

Project Engineer, DOE PORTS Site, Pi keville, OH,

Design Engineer, Area FT-17, Cape Canaveral,
USAF Fire Training Area, FL, (1996). Designed air
sparge curtain for treating vinyl chloride and DCE. The
system consists of six, 200-foot long trenched horizontal
\vells to a depth of 35 feet. Design included modeling an
in situ countercurrent plate air stripper model to predict
system efficiency.

de\'e1oped feasibility stud~', work scope, and pilot test for
dual-phase vacuum extraction and steam injection
system. Developed model for predicting dual phase
flow regime in extraction piping. Pilot test successfully
demonstrated the technology approach to the State
regulatory agency and USEP A resulting in a potential
