Project Engineer Corps of Engineers West Bank River Levee- Nairn to Empire- Preparation of Stability Report and Plans for raising the Nairn to Empire Hurricane Protection levee including modifications to the levee alignment, right-of-way drawings, plans and specifications and cost estimates.
