BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT (Include scope, size. and cost) <br /> <br />The Implementation of the City Center/Historic Convention Village Redevelopment & Revitalization Area Plan produced the following <br />projects: the re-opening of 16th Street to vehicular and pedestrian traffic as well as restoring the ocean view and the development and <br />construction of the Loews Convention Center Hotel. the preservation and renovation of the St. Moritz Hotel. and the building of a new <br />parking garage and retail complex (Anchor).
