MSA prepared <br />construction drawings of the on-site paving, grading, and drainage required for the new driving range, parking area, <br />overflow parking area, and the redesign of the existing driveway connection to NW 186 Street. Our services included sub- <br />consulting surveying, drainage testing, and electrical and structural engineering services. MSA's scope of services included <br />the following: <br /> <br />DESIGN, SPECIFICATIONS AND REGULATORY PROCESS <br /> <br />Drainage Testing - MSA identified the drainage tests required for the drainage design of the new parking areas, main <br />entrance driveway, and new golf driving range, and prepared Drainage Test Location Maps. MSA retained the services of <br />Intercounty Testing Laboratories, Inc. (ICL) to perform standard Constant Head Usual Open-Hole tests and Double-Ring <br />.1filtration tests. The Open Hole tests were performed at a depth of fifteen (15) feet from existing grade as required by <br />iami-Dade County Department of Environmental Resources Management (DERM). Signed and sealed copies of the test <br />results were submitted to the client. <br /> <br />Civil Engineering - MSA prepared construction drawings and technical specifications for the site civil improvements <br />required, including civil demolition/relocation planes), paving, grading, drainage, traffic signage and pavement markings <br />plan(s), and Statements of Probable Construction Costs. MSA assisted the client in obtaining approvals from the regulatory <br />agencies having jurisdiction over the proposed site civil improvements and attended coordination meetings. <br /> <br />Electrical Engineering - MSA retained the services of an electrical engineer registered in the State of Florida to prepare <br />construction drawings and technical specifications for the parking lot lighting improvements and for the demolition and <br />relocation of selected electrical components within the new golf driving range, including assistance in obtaining approvals <br />from the regulatory agencies having jurisdiction over the proposed electrical improvements. <br /> <br />Structural Engineering - MSA retained the services of a structural engineer registered in the State of Florida to prepare <br />construction drawings and technical specifications required for the foundation of the new parking lot light poles and for the <br />foundation of the new high mast poles that were needed to SUPPOI1 the driving range perimeter net, including assistance in <br />obtaining approvals from the regulatory agencies having jurisdiction over the proposed structural improvements. <br /> <br />BIDDING AND CONSTRUCTION SERVICES <br /> <br />MSA attended Pre-Bid Meeting; responded to Requests for Information/Clarifications from bidders; and prepared addenda <br />of the civil, electrical, and structural construction drawings and specifications. MSA also attended the Pre-Construction <br />Meeting; reviewed civil, electrical, and structural shop drawings; and performed field inspections at critical construction <br />stages of the civil, electrical, and structural work. <br /> <br />.roject Cost: $35,000.00 <br />
