(MSA) is providing Civil engineering services for <br />the Southridge Park Stadium Bleachers - Phase II. MSA' s participation includes the <br />preparation of Civil Design Criteria Documents for the development of Phase II of the <br />Southridge Park Stadium Bleachers. The project entails construction of new <br />soccer/football bleachers, concession and restroom facilities and a new parking lot. <br />MSA is pal1icipating in the development of the site civil design criteria drawings and <br />specifications including: <br /> <br />Programming and Schematic Design - Establishing the site civil program with <br />architect and owner and coordination with utility companies and approving agencies <br />to establish the final design criteria and regulatory requirements for the project. <br /> <br />MSA will prepare Design Criteria water and sewer plan, paving grading and drainage <br />.Ians, outline of technical specifications, and assist architect with Project Development Schedule. We will assist the <br />architect with Statement of Probable Construction Costs using CSI format and provide recommendations if the estimates <br />exceed construction budget. <br /> <br />Review and recommendation of Proposals - MSA will respond to RFI's from Design/Builder (D/B) teams. Assist in <br />review of bids for compliance with Civil Design Criteria package. <br /> <br />Review of Construction Document Submittals - MSA will review the Design Development and final construction <br />document submittals by the D/B. MSA will attend a coordination meeting with Owner, Architect and Design/Builder. <br /> <br />Administration of the Construction Contract - MSA will attend Pre-Construction Meeting with Owner and selected D/B <br />team. MSA will perform Site Visits/Meetings and prepare visit rep0l1s. MSA will review Pay Requests and give <br />recommendations to Architect. Attend Substantial Completion Site Visit, prepare Substantial Completion Punch List repol1 <br />and attend Final Site Visit and produce Final Site visit report. We will review and comment on as-built provided by the <br />Contractor. <br /> <br />One Year Warranty Inspection - MSA will perform a Site Visit and Report during the One Year Guarantee Period. We <br />will also assist the Owner with recommendation(s) for the correction of defective work that may be discovered. <br /> <br />Project Cost: $29,000.00 <br /> <br />. <br />
