Inc.. performed a due diligence investigation for a 77.8-acre, <br /> agricultural-zoned property in the City of Homestead. Kimley-Horn performed land planning services in order to prepare the preliminary site plan for a 494-unit <br /> Planned Unit Development (PUD). Kimley-Horn submitted the preliminary site plan and obtained approval from the City of Homestead, which is the first step in the <br /> PUD approval process. The process included public meetings with the city's Development Review Committee. Planning and Zoning Board. and City Council. As a <br /> condition to City Council approval, we were required to coordinate public meetings with residents from two different neighboring communities in order to reach <br /> consensus about several aspects of the proposed development. The client subsequently retained Kimley-Horn to proceed with the next phase of the PUD planning <br /> and approval process. Mr. Bellamy's role includes landscape architecture production and urban design of the ground floor and upper-level amenity decks and for the preparation of <br /> the Major Use Special Permit (MUSP) documents.
