WSM <br />provided boundary and topographic surveys, platting services, a "clear zone" survey for the new heliport, <br />construction layout services for the Miami Children's Museum, site surveys for a luxury hotel and rezoning <br />services for the Mega-Yacht Basin, Extensive replatting has been accomplished, Part of the plat is an <br />underwater parcel that involved extensive retracement of riparian grants, The final plat was recorded in <br />February 2007, Work will proceed through full development of Watson Island. <br /> <br />All work is based on high accuracy horizontal control set by GPS, This facilitates the project and assures a <br />workable GIS system for Watson Island, <br /> <br />Services have been provided from November 2000 to May 2007, Total fee to date is $229,117, <br /> <br />25.
