H. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

30. PROVIDE ANY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REQUESTED BY THE AGENCY. ATTACH ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED.

181 Group, Inc.

Commitment
Through a strong commitment to quality, and cost control, the firm has built a successful track record in meeting Owner
objectives. The firm often deals with limited budgets and tight schedules and recognizes the importance of effective design
and efficient production.

Qualifications
Prior to the merger with the IBI Group, Scharf & Associates completed over 20 years of service for public agencies
throughout South Florida. With the depth and diversity of the IBI Group's world-wide experience, Marvin Scharf is commited
to maintain the enviable reputation of his former firm. Our understanding of diversity in these agencies, our ability to resolve
program conflicts and our sucess with project development, along with schedule and budget control are all results of our
years of experience in the public sector. We have selected consultants who respond to our client's needs as we do. Their
expertise in each professional discipline is carefuly monitored by the IBI Group Project Manager to assure a coordinated
response. At the beginning of a new assignment our project team of architects, engineers, landscape architects and
specification writers develop a partnering agreement with the client. The goal is interactive communication, understanding of
unique expectations and the realization that success lies solely in the cooperative and creative effort of each team member.

Experience
The experience of the firm and the personal experience of Mr. Scharf, includes more than $800 million in public construction,
as well as several million square feet of commercial space; such as, offices, distribution centers and research and
development facilities. The firm is involved continuously in designing public facilities. Among these have been the Broward
County Governmental Center Parking Garage, the Broward County Emergency Operations Center, the Broward County
Homeless Assistance Center, the Women's Detention Center, the Expansion to Broward County Convention Center and the
recent South Regional/BCC Library.

Service
Our mission is to design buildings that promote productivity, enhance the quality of life for the users, contribute value to the
built environment and reflect the spirit and personality of its owner. We believe good design is the physical expression of
sound ideas, imagination and creativity. Our success is based on providing our clients with a single point of responsibility
and we have defined our mission with a clear focus on quality. Our reputation for excellence is built on our people and their
ability to realize our clients' goals. We are reminded that the ultimate measure of quality is always our client's satisfaction,
and we build long-term relationships based on client confidence and trust in our performance.

Our team is well qualified to provide the professional services requested, and we sincerely want to do this project.

I.
