The streetscape design <br />included the addition of new turn lanes in existing medians, public participation and <br />facilitation, as well as new and supplemental landscape plantings and irrigation. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />Sunrise Lakes Phase I Streetscapes - Sunrise, FL - Project Manager for the design and <br />construction documents for the implementation of a new streetscape plan for the Sunrise <br />Lakes Phase I development. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />Sunrise Lakes Entry Features - Sunrise, FL - Project Manager for the design and <br />construction documents for new entry features at each of the main entrances for the <br />Sunrise Lakes communities Phases 1 - IV. Roadway segments included portions <br />of Atlantic Boulevard, Powerline Road, Martin Luther King Boulevard and Dixie Highway. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />Parallel Shopping Drive Master Plan - Plantation, FL - Project Manager responsible for <br />the various urban design solutions for the creation of a common driveway and pedestrian <br />facilities linking disjointed properties and shops along State Road 7 in Plantation. <br /> <br /> <br />Keene's Pointe Conceptual Landscape and Hardscape Design Package - Project <br />Landscape Architect responsible for the creation of the conceptual design package.
