In addition to Civil Engineering and Permitting, scope of <br />services has included Due Diligence, Surveying Services, Planning, and Landscape <br />Architecture. The project is designed for LEED certification. <br /> <br />Hollywood Beach Streetscape, Hollywood, Florida - Project Manager for the Civil <br />Engineering Services for the Miami Greenway Hollywood Beach Streetscape. The IBI <br />Group is working with the Hollywood Beach CRA by creating a Master Plan for the <br />renovation of all 52 of the one-block streets from A 1 A to the beach. Additional services <br />include urban planning and design and landscape architecture.
