<br />,--- - <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />BHA Architecture Project Manager: <br /> <br />Kurt Cira is our design team's dedicated, <br />hands-on project manager. <br /> <br />Mr. Cira is an architect with <br />over 15 years of experience <br />and recently represented BHA <br />before Broward County in a <br />three (3) year continuing serv- <br />ices contract that ended three <br />(3) months ago. <br /> <br />He takes pride in his work, strives for perfec- <br />tion and has experience in effectively lead- <br />ing the BHA design team through other <br />similar projects. He has served as architec- <br />tural designer and project manager for the <br />Newport Fishing Pier and Restaurant pro- <br />ject for the City of Sunny Isles Beach. <br /> <br />BHA Architect of Record; QCjQA Manager: <br /> <br />Raul Rakela is BHA 's chief architect.
