ATTACH ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED Professional Qualifications The key personnel that comprise the design team are qualified professionals in the fields of architectural, interior design, mechanical and electrical engineering and the members of our staff have worked together for several years and offer extensive experience in the design of commercial, military, governmental, residential and educational facilities of all levels. In addition, LIVS Associates can provide qualified back-up staffing to assure continued performance in response to unexpected project demands. Specialized Experience in Related Projects LIVS Associates offers extensive proven experience in the design of new facilities, and extensive renovations and remodeling of existing facilities, In addition, LIVS Associates has provided Architectural and Engineering Services of miscellaneous design and construction services a variety of commercial, governmental, military and educational facilities throughout the Florida. Schedule and Performance LIVS Associates adheres to the Principal-in-Charge management approach. The Principal-in-Charge has the ability to allocate the staff and resources necessary to accomplish the work within the time frame stipulated. LIVS has successfully performed services for projects with greatly accelerated design schedules in order to meet special needs of our clients. LIVS can assure the City of Sunny Isles Beach its ability to perform the work within the schedule through similar allocation and management of its resources. The Principal that will perform the role of Project Manager if selected for the project will be Mr. F. Antonio Rosabal, A.I.A., LEED AP with over 20 years of experience in the field of Architecture for the State of Florida and Puerto Rico. Other principals in the firm are Carlos A. Alvarez, P.E. with over 30 years of experience in the field of Electrical Engineering, Hector S. Vergara, P.E. with over 30 years of experience in the field of Mechanical Engineering. All of our principals also hold licenses in many other states such as Texas, Georgia, Maryland, Virginia, and South Carolina. As well as the commonwealth State of Puerto Rico. We believe that the documentation presented illustrates our excellent capabilities to perform the services required under this contract. I.
