He has a <br />diverse background in the varying phases which comprise the design process, from <br />assisting the client in developing a project program to code research and obtaining the <br />necessary local Zoning approvals. <br /> <br />He is responsible for the design of a wide variety of building types, both public and private, <br />with a strong emphasis on functionalism and aesthetics as well as budgetary constraints <br />and constructability. <br /> <br />As principal-in-charge of Architecture at LIVS, Mr. Rosabal has been design team leader on <br />several large scale projects. His responsibilities have included the overseeing of a group of <br />designers; assuring the highest level of quality throughout the process, and ensuring that <br />design concepts are properly resolved and incorporated in the construction document <br />phase of each project.
