In order to ensure that the grant requirements for expenditures were <br />met, staff requested and received three contractor quotes for the preparation of that <br />area to receive playground equipment and a rubberized surface (by others). The three <br />quotes obtained were as follows: <br /> <br />1. Maggolc, Inc.: $23,330.00 <br />2. Southeastern Engineering Contractors, Inc.: $29,000.00 <br />3. Coastal: $30,000.00 <br /> <br />Staff issued a purchase order to Maggolc, Inc. not to exceed $23,330.00. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />. Resolution <br />.
