If the selected candidate leaves during the <br />second year - again, for any reason other than an act of God - we will repeat the search <br />for the cost of our expenses only. <br /> <br />3) If the City is not satisfied with any of the candidates presented, CB&A will repeat the <br />search until you are satisfied. <br /> <br />4) Our price is guaranteed and will not be exceeded for any reason, even if the conditions <br />under which this contract is issued changes. <br /> <br />Summary: <br /> <br />Colin Baenziger & Associates is the firm you should select to conduct your search because we <br />are knowledgeable and effective while also being less costly.
