<br />I <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2007-~J..31 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNTY COMMISSION <br />OF ST. JOHNS COUNTY, FLORIDA, THANKING <br />COLIN BAENZIGER & ASSOCIATES FOR ITS <br />OUTSTANDING EFFORTS IN CONDUCTING THE <br />EXECUTIVE SEARCH FOR THE COUNTY'S NEW <br />ADMINISTRATOR; AND PROVIDING AN <br />EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, St. Johns County retained Colin Baenziger & Associates (CB&A) to <br /> <br />identify and recommend strong candidates to be the County Administrator; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, CB&A's staff worked diligently to find and produce excellent candidates, <br /> <br />and then provided the County Commission with comprehensive materials concerning the <br /> <br />candidates' aptitude, experience, background, complete and thorough interviews, references, <br /> <br />extensive checks of criminal, civil and financial history, verification of employment and <br /> <br />education, and exhaustive reviews ofInternet and newspaper archives of these candidates; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, CB&A's process was completely open, fair and unbiased and was <br /> <br />extremely well received by the County Commission, county staff, the press, and the public; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County Commission wishes to express its gratitude to Colin Baenziger <br /> <br />& Associates for its efforts on behalf of the county; <br /> <br />NOW BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED BY THE COUNTY COMMISSION OF <br /> <br />ST. JOHNS COUNTY, FLORIDA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section I: Recitals.
