Account Manager <br />The Account manager is the Primary contact for the job. This person develops and <br />maintains schedules for maintenance work and insures compliance to job specifications. <br />They are also responsible for maintaining the quality control standards of the job, and <br />presents expectations to the crew leader and crews. <br />Crew Leader <br />The crew leader schedules the work load for his crew. They insure the readiness of their <br />workers, tools and materials. Maintains safe - working conditions at all times, including <br />job site crew operation. Responsible for maintaining a 90% or higher rating score on <br />Quarterly Quality Evaluations (QQE) reviews. Trains field personal to do required <br />chores effectively and efficiently. Can effectively communication in both Spanish and <br />English. <br />Leadman <br />The leadman can manage the crew and its workload in the absence of the crew leader. <br />This person knows the production schedule and the necessities of the account to perform <br />the necessary tasks in order to get the job done. <br />Trained Gardener <br />Gardeners are responsible for the compliance of the job specifications. They have <br />knowledge of all materials (plants, irrigation, fertilizers, chemicals, etc.), equipment, and <br />safety programs. They maintain consistent quality standards set by the company. Initiate <br />proactive program plan for dealing with and staying ahead of potential problems. <br />Maintain all equipment pertinent to his /her duty. Maintain safe working conditions at job <br />site. They also inspect job site for unsafe working conditions and potential liabilities to <br />clients. <br />Irrigation Technician <br />Ensuring that customers are completely satisfied. Coordinate irrigation work from <br />beginning to completion at a high level of quality. Management of production for our <br />high quality service. Technician has high level of training in irrigation installation and <br />repair. Knowledge of time and material required to complete all types of irrigation <br />installations and repair tasks. <br />Chemical Spray Technician <br />The chemical spray technician is licensed and knowledgeable in the use of chemicals <br />such as insecticides, herbicides, fungicides etc., and the approved applications for target <br />pests.
