Approach/ Methodology to Providing Services <br />ValleyCrest takes a practical, customer - focused approach to delivering landscape <br />services. ValleyCrest will staff this project with the appropriate staffing and <br />requirements set forth in the RFP. This team will consist of highly trained and equipment <br />certified personnel with strong tenured backgrounds in landscaping Services, including <br />landscaping, Irrigation, Public Works, Public Right -of -Ways, Parks and Athletic Field <br />Maintenance, Facility Maintenance, Park Compliance, Rules and Regulations, and <br />Janitorial Services. Our on -site managers and supervisors are equipped with several <br />modes of communication including a Blackberry (email), cell phone and two way radios. <br />Our park operations staff will also be certified on first aid and CPR by the American Red <br />Cross. <br />We will provide Sunny Isles' Parks with ValleyCrest staff trained in complete agronomic <br />care of athletic fields. These professionals have extensive knowledge of irrigation system <br />management and programming, ET based systems, water conservation approaches, <br />fertilization, herbicides, over seeding, topdressing, verticutting, field layout and <br />Integrated Pest Management (IPM). <br />We will have a complete array of specialized equipment on site including all two cycle <br />equipment, utility vehicles, spray and fertilization units, large reel mower(s), painting <br />units, pressure cleaner, roller and aeration units. <br />ValleyCrest will perform an initial inspection of the project. This inspection will include <br />soil testing with lab analysis and follow up applications to correct turf needs, an irrigation <br />start up inspection, complete photograph inventory and start up conditions, safety, and <br />hazard and security inspection. We will set up our shop in a neat, organized and efficient <br />manner. <br />An annual calendar (sample attached) of all services to be rendered throughout the year <br />will be provided to the City immediately. A complete start-up report including findings <br />plus recommendations for upgrades and enhancements will be provided within the first <br />30 days. <br />We pride ourselves on delivering on our promises on time.
