Management of Traffic (MOT) plan. The application shall meet all safety standards for the handling and <br />application of the chemicals used and shall follow all of the manufacturer's recommendations. <br />A122. This proposal item is to apply insecticides in the locations designated by the City. In <br />areas of traffic, the proposal will include all appropriate traffic control devices that conform to an <br />approved Management of Traffic (MOT) plan. LABOR <br />61. & 62. This proposal item is for additional work by a trained and competent Landscape <br />Superintendent. It is intended that this item shall cover call -outs for emergency and unique <br />situations. For this item to be accepted and paid for by the City, the services must be specifically <br />requested by the City for a specific non - covered task. <br />63. & 134. This proposal item is for additional work by a trained and competent Landscape Laborer. <br />This is a separate item for work not already covered by, and paid for through, other pertinent proposal <br />items. It is intended that this item shall cover call -outs for emergency and unique situations. For this <br />item to be accepted and paid for by the City, the services must be specifically requested by the City for a <br />specific non - covered task. <br />135. & 66. This proposal item is for additional work by a trained and competent Irrigation Specialist. <br />This is a separate item for work not already covered by, and paid for through, other pertinent proposal <br />items. The City will supply all irrigation materials necessary under this item upon <br />written request by the proposers's Irrigation Specialist. In emergency situations, the Irrigation <br />Specialist may purchase the materials and will be reimbursed (at actual cost) by the City, but then only <br />upon receipt of both the proper documentation of the emergency nature of the work and the proper <br />original invoices for materials. <br />B7. & 138. This proposal item is for additional work by a trained and competent Irrigation Laborer. <br />This is a separate item for work not already covered by, and paid for through, other pertinent proposal <br />items. It is intended that this item shall cover call -outs for emergency and unique situations. For this <br />item to be accepted and paid for by the City, the services must be specifically requested by the City for a <br />specific task. <br />C5. thru C8. This proposal item is for additional work by a trained and competent Dump Truck <br />Operator using a fully functioning and properly maintained dump truck with a GVW rating of 15,000 or <br />greater. This is a separate item for work not already covered by, and paid for through, other pertinent <br />proposal items.
