<br />16.4.7 Enforceability and Form of Decision. The decision resulting from mediation is not binding <br />on any party participating in the mediation unless and until the parties agree to it in writing. If any <br />party is not satisfied with the outcome of the mediation, it must convey a written notice to the other <br />party or parties within ten (10) calendar days. <br /> <br />16.4.8 Litigation. If informal settlement discussions are unsuccessful, and the parties cannot reach <br />an agreement through mediation with respect to a claim or dispute, the parties agree that thereafter <br />the dispute or claim shall be resolved by litigation. <br /> <br />ARTICLE 17 - NOTICE.
