The <br />revised contract requires approval of the City Commission for change orders or amendments to <br />the Design-Build Agreement. Additionally, the term buy-back has been defined. <br /> <br />Please note the attached agreement is a draft. Negotiations are on-going. The Developer has not <br />accepted the terms of the Agreement.
