<br />States Longshoremen's and Harbor Worker's Act, the Federal Employers' Liability Act and the <br />Homes Act. Employer's Liability Insurance shall be provided with a minimum of One Hundred <br />Thousand and xx/IOO dollars ($100,000.00) per accident. CONTRACTOR agrees to be <br />responsible for the employment, conduct and control of its employees and for any injury sustained <br />by such employees in the course of their employment. <br /> <br />10.4.3.3 Comprehensive Automobile Liability Insurance for all owned, non- <br />owned and hired automobiles and other vehicles used by the CONTRACTOR in the performance <br />of the work with the following minimum limits of liability: <br /> <br />$1,000,000.00 <br /> <br />Combined Single Limit, Bodily Injury and Property <br />Damage Liability, per occurrence <br /> <br />10.4.3.4 Comprehensive General Liability Insurance (occurrence form) with <br />the following minimum limits of liability: <br /> <br />$1,000,000.00 Combined Single Limit, Bodily Injury and Property <br />Damage Liability, per occurrence <br />Coverage must be offered in a form no more restrictive than the latest <br />edition of the Comprehensive General Liability Policy without restrictive endorsements, as filed by <br />the Insurance Services Office and shall specifically include the following with minimum limits not <br />less than those required for Bodily Injury Liability and Property Damage Liability: <br /> <br />10.4.3.4.1 <br /> <br />Premises and Operations; <br /> <br />10.4.3.4.2 <br /> <br />Independent Contractors; <br /> <br />10.4.3.4.3 <br /> <br />Product and Completed Operations Liability; <br /> <br />10.4.3.4.4 <br /> <br />Broad Form Property Damage; <br /> <br />10.4.3.4.5 <br /> <br />Broad Form Contractual Coverage applicable <br />to the Contract and specifically confirming the <br />indemnification and hold harmless agreement in this <br />Contract; and <br /> <br />10.4.3.4.6 <br /> <br />Personal Injury coverage with employment <br />contractual exclusions removed and deleted. <br /> <br />10.4.3.4.7 <br /> <br />Explosion, collapse, underground coverage <br />(XC-U) <br /> <br />10.4.3.5 Builder's Risk Insurance in an amount not less than THE <br />REPLACEMENT COST for the construction of the work. Coverage shall be "All Risk" coverage <br />for one hundred percent (100%) of the completed value with a deductible of not more than five <br /> <br />20 <br />
