LASERFICHE FOR MINUTES. <br />(1) COPIES OF MATERIAL. The City will furnish MCC for it's use and preparation of the <br />database, a copy of all minutes passed in final form. <br />(2) INTEGRATING WITH LASERFICHE. MCC will scan and integrate the minutes with <br />the LaserFiche Software and provide the City with the most powerful index retrieval search engine <br />available with the following features: intuitive browse window, index cards, and fuzzy logic. The search <br />engine will allow the City to search thousands of documents at one time or a select field of documents <br />with any of the following search capabilities: text, proximity, wildcard, fuzzy and boolean. The City will <br />be provided with one CD -ROM with Text Minutes Linked to Images. <br />(3) CLEAN UP. Depending on the quality of the copies the City may desire to clean up the <br />database. MCC will clean up text converted database if necessary, the City will be charged an hourly fee <br />for this service. <br />(4) TERMINATION. The services provided in this agreement will be in full force and effect <br />for a period of three (3) years from the date of shipment of the completed product to the City. Thereafter, <br />this agreement will be automatically renewed from year to year, provided that either party may alter or <br />cancel the terms of this agreement upon sixty (60) days' written notice. <br />
