<br />Sunny Isles Beach, FL. Anew eight -story 85,000 SF
<br />government complex inclusive of city hall, commis-
<br />sion chambers, police facility, and a public library. A
<br />new public waterfront park will also be developed along
<br />the western edge of the city hall complex.
<br />Cape Coral City Hall Complex, Cape Coral, FL. The
<br />Cape Coral City Hall is an 86,000 SF, 2 -story civic
<br />building located on a 20 acre site on the West Coast
<br />of Florida. The building itself is composed of a 250 -
<br />seat City Council chamber and auditorium, Mayor's of-
<br />fice, City Clerk, City Attorney and City Manager offices,
<br />community development and other related city functions.
<br />City of Juno Beach Town Center and Police Sta-
<br />tion, Juno Beach, Florida. This multipurpose city gov-
<br />ernment facility includes City Hall, administration of-
<br />fices, and the main police station. This 17,000 SF
<br />police facility includes police chiefs office, assistant
<br />chiefs office, detective offices, squad rooms, prisoner
<br />interview room, prisoner conference room, prisoner
<br />holding cells, men's and women's locker rooms, and
<br />an exercise room. The building was designed to ac-
<br />commodate future expansion and allows maximum
<br />flexibility in the interior spaces.
<br />City of Sunrise, Municipal Building, City Hall An-
<br />nex, Police Substation and Fire Rescue No. 39,
<br />Sunrise, FL. This 21,570 SF facility consists of a 7,890
<br />SF civic annex with a 150 seat Town Hall /multipur-
<br />pose space. In conjunction with the Town Hall, the build-
<br />ing program contains a City Utilities service counter with
<br />administrative support, and a mini - police station with 24
<br />hour service. The Fire Rescue portion of the program
<br />contains 9,830 SF of active areas in the first level. These
<br />areas include a Kitchen, firemen's Ready Room, Appa-
<br />ratus Room, Watch Office and other misceallaneous
<br />support spaces. The second level consists of 3,850 SF
<br />housing ten dormitories and ancillary support.

<br />program for Fire Rescue Station No. 83 is a mirror
<br />image of the program for Fire Rescue Station No.
<br />39. The architectural vocabulary in terms of materi-
<br />als and spatial qualities are the same. Due to the
<br />differences in site however, certain manipulations to
<br />the floor plans were made to accommodate the dif-
<br />ferent site requirements.

<br />Key Biscayne, FL. New 30,000 SF administrative
<br />complex inclusive of city hall administrative func-
<br />tions, as well as police and fire components.
<br />O Collier County Government Center, Projected
<br />Space Assessment Analysis, Naples, FL. The
<br />Collier County Government Center is a campus con-
<br />sisting of 16 county buildings, including the court-
<br />house, administration building, health services build-
<br />ing, sheriff's administration and jail. There is a total
<br />of 560,000 SF on this main campus. This study
<br />involves a thorough evaluation of the architectural,
<br />structural, mechanical, and electrical components
<br />of each of these structures. After a careful analysis,
<br />each building is ranked according to its' current use-
<br />fulness and future potential.
