<br />320,000 SF facility that serves as the administra-
<br />tion complex for Republic National Bank, which
<br />serves all Central American Republics. On the
<br />ground level, three sides of the building are designed
<br />as pedestrian arcades which allow easy accessi-
<br />bility to the building interior. The main lobby is 18,595
<br />SF, the majority of which is for banking services.
<br />City of Fort Myers Parking Garage, Fort Myers,
<br />FL. Due to its central location between the Court-
<br />house and the Harborside Convention Center, the
<br />garagewill serve performance/civic functions during
<br />the evening and court- related functions during the
<br />day. With 6 levels, approximately 560 cars will be
<br />accommodated. The parking garage has been suc-
<br />cessfully designed within a diverse context contain-
<br />ing historically significant buildings as well as mod-
<br />ern facilities.
