Spillis Candela DMJM was selected as the Archi- <br />tect, Engineer and Planner for several components <br />of the Key Biscayne Government Center including <br />the new City Hall-, Police Headquarters and public <br />Parking Garage. The project was master planned <br />and designed as a low scale campus environment <br />open and accessible to all citizens. The center is <br />located adjacent to the Village's main public park. <br />A Fire Station and Community Center (designed by <br />others) were additional components of the Govern- <br />ment Center campus. <br />Spillis Candela DM1M <br />
