In the past several years, the 250+ professionals <br />which compromise the Miami -Dade County resources <br />of Spillis Candela DMJM have designed and /or man- <br />aged architectural and engineering projects which <br />have had an annualized construction value of over <br />$500 million. SCDMJM has designed, produced and <br />managed many governmental projects that are simi- <br />lar in size and scope to the proposed Sunny Isles <br />City Hall project. The proposed Project Team has <br />extensive experience with City Halls, governmental <br />facilities, parking garages, and other potential uses <br />that might be considered by the City for this project. <br />As a result, there will be no learning curve involved <br />for our proposed Project Team on this project. Our <br />team's background in projects of similar size and <br />complexity will translate into a more economically <br />efficient Project Team to produce the required docu- <br />mentation for this project. <br />Spillis Candela DMJM's reputation for timely produc- <br />tion of work and for meeting owner's schedules is <br />excellent. In terms of current workload and other <br />obligations of members of the team, please be as- <br />sured that the entire Project Team is available to <br />begin work immediately upon being given notice to <br />proceed. We have taken considerable care to as- <br />sign tothis projectteam onlythose individuals whose <br />workloads will enable them to participate fully in <br />this project. Our proposed Project Team is the same <br />team that worked on the previous Sunny Isles City <br />Hall project.
