Headquartered in Coral Gables and with approximately <br />250 professionals, Spillis Candela DMJM (SCDMJM) is <br />ideally staffed and located to service the City of Sunny <br />Isles Beach efficiently and cost effectively. From our Head- <br />quarters office location SCDMJM offers clients a single <br />source of accountability for all design services including: <br />space planning, programming, architecture, engineering, <br />planning and interior design. We have successfully com- <br />pleted planning and design efforts for government and <br />administration centers for both public and private sector <br />clients throughout the State of Florida and the Southeast- <br />ern United States. For example, Spillis Candela DMJM <br />recently completed a new 91,000 SF City Hall for Cape <br />Coral and the programming and master planning project <br />for the Collier County Government Center in Naples inclu- <br />sive of both administrative and criminal justice compo- <br />nents. SCDMJM also recently completed similar efforts <br />for Charlotte County in Punta Gorda, the St. John's County <br />Administration Center and Judicial Complex in St. Au- <br />gustine and various others. Recently SCDMJM was se- <br />lected to plan, program and design a new 45,000 SF City <br />Hall for the city of Deltona in Central Florida. All projects <br />were completed on time and within budget. <br />SCDMJM carefully analyzed the potential needs of this <br />project and have identified consulting needs in the areas <br />of landscape architecture, telecommunications, acous- <br />tics and audio /visual. The consultants we have selected <br />are firms and individuals with whom we have successfully <br />collaborated in the past. The team chemistry that al- <br />ready exists will clearly help to expedite your project. <br />By utilizing this approach, the SCDMJM Team takes <br />maximum advantage of professionals who have completed <br />similar planning and programming efforts throughout the <br />South Florida area. In fact, the consultants we have in- <br />cluded on our team are the same consultants with whom <br />we worked on the previous Sunny Isles City Hall design <br />effort.
