O'Leary, F ASLA. (LA#106) will be the principal in charge for this project. <br />Mr. O'Leary has over thirty-nine years of experience in the South Florida area working <br />with local municipalities and agencies. His experience includes project management <br />duties for numerous municipal projects for Bal Harbour Village, the City of Aventura, <br />the Village of Pine crest, the City of Sunny Isles Beach, the Village of Key Biscayne, the <br />City of North Miami Beach, City of Miami, City of Miami Beach, and North Bay <br />Village. In addition, Mr. O'Leary has been the FDOT District Six Consultant <br />Landscape Architect for the past nine (9) years and is currently the FDOT District Four <br />Consultant Plans Review Landscape Architect. <br /> <br />Kathryn O'Leary Richards, ASLA is a Landscape Architect/Project Manager. Ms. <br />Richards has sixteen years of professional experience as a Landscape Architect in <br />South Florida, including the completion of several projects from conceptual design <br />through construction documents for a number of projects including FDOT Collins <br />Avenue, US-l Homestead/Florida City and S.R. 826 (Palmetto Expressway) landscape <br />projects, Bal Harbour Collins Avenue Beautification, Crandon Boulevard Streetscape <br />and the Village Green for the Village of Key Biscayne, Homestead Sports Complex, <br />Aventura Founders Park, Aventura Boulevard Streetscape, Biscayne Boulevard 4,5,6 <br />and 7, and Williams Island Boulevard Streetscape for the City of Aventura, and the <br />Ninth Street Pedestrian Mall for the City of Miami, to name a few. <br />
