During the time that I have served as Village Manager, <br />I have always found Bill ajoy to work with. Our previous Village Manager, Carole <br />Morris, also spoke very highly of him. <br /> <br />Among the projects that he has completed for the Village is the landscaping of <br />Collins Avenue, the major thoroughfare in Bal Harbour. Phase One of this project <br />involved the complete redesign of the medians - including landscaping, ilTigation and <br />lighting. Phase Two concentrated on the east and west sides of Collins A venue with <br />the planting of over 150 Medjool Date Palms which welcome residents and visitors <br />alike. Both phases of this project included landscaping, irrigation, lighting, paving, <br />and street furniture. Due to the fact that Collins A venue is a state-owned roadway, <br />extensive coordination was necessary with the Florida Department of Transportation. <br />Bill performed this task with the utmost professionalism and tireless commitment. <br /> <br />I would highly recommend Bill to any manager seeking a reliable professional who <br />has a good relationship with contractors, recognizes the need to maintain budgetary <br />limitations, and who is truly a pleasure to work with.
