GARY HENNINGS <br />VICE PRESIDENT PRECONSTRUCTION <br />As Vice President of Estimating for the Florida Division of The Weitz <br />Company, Gary Hennings is responsible for managing and coordinating <br />all aspects associated with preconstruction. <br />His duties include staffing assignments, software implementation, <br />digitized take -offs, budget estimating, value analysis, comparison and <br />cost model reporting, cash flow analysis, and preliminary scheduling for <br />design/build, general construction, and construction management <br />assignments. Gary also oversees our firm's business acquisitions efforts. <br />EDUCATION <br />University of Nebraska, Bachelor of Science in Construction <br />Management <br />Drake University, Graduate School of Business in Des Moines, Iowa <br />AFFILIATIONS <br />Two -year recipient of the Association of General Contractors of America Scholarship <br />Member of Tau Beta Pi Engineering Honor Society <br />Board of Directors Member, Florida East Coast Chapter of Associated General Contractors, since 1993 <br />Chairman of the AIA /AGC Joint Committee since 1990 <br />EXPERIENCE <br />Gary has more than 26 years of construction industry experience, 25 of them with our firm.
