BOB STOUT <br />SENIOR ESTIMATOR <br />As Senior Estimator for the Florida Division of The Weitz Company, <br />Bob Stout is responsible for managing and coordinating all functions <br />related to preconstruction. <br />Bob's duties include, but are not limited to, budget estimating, digitized <br />take -offs, document and scope review, value analysis, Subcontractor <br />prequalification and solicitation, comparison and cost model reporting, <br />and variance reporting for design build, general construction, and <br />construction management assignments. <br />EDUCATION <br />Bachelor of Arts Degree, Cornell College in 1971 <br />State of Florida Certified General Contractor since 1996 <br />EXPERIENCE <br />Bob is experienced with both international and domestic construction projects. He has more than 25 <br />years of industry experience, 4 of them with our firm. Prior to his current role as Senior Estimator, Bob <br />worked as a Construction Manager, Project Manager, and Design Consultant. He was also a self - <br />employed general contractor. <br />Bob's extensive building experience includes both large and small -scale assignments.
