DOUG JUST <br />PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT <br />As Project Superintendent for the Florida Division of The Weitz <br />Company, Doug Just is responsible for supervising all of the work that <br />our firm puts in place in the field, including that of our subcontractors. <br />Additional duties include managing all site quality and safety issues, on- <br />site schedule management, staging and logistics planning, subcontractor <br />coordination, and jobsite record - keeping. <br />In general, our Project Superintendent is the on -site representative with <br />the authority to speak and make decisions for our firm. <br />EDUCATION <br />Iowa Western Community College, A.A Business, 1980 <br />1992 O.S.H.A. Apprenticeship <br />EXPERIENCE <br />Mr. Just has more than 21 years of construction industry experience, 18 of them with The Weitz <br />Company. Prior to his current role as Project Superintendent, Doug held the positions of Assistant <br />Superintendent, Carpenter Foreman, and Labor Foreman. <br />Doug's extensive building experience includes both new construction and renovation projects. He is well <br />versed with design /build, general construction, and construction management assignments.
