The structure consisted of steel frame <br />and composite concrete decks with texture or precast wall <br />panels. The facility expansion included a 100,000 s. f. ground floor <br />manufacturing area and 34,000 s.f. shipping and receiving dock. <br />The second floor was designed for future use as an additional <br />manufacturing area, but at present it has been built out as 130,000 <br />s. f. of office space. The roof deck was also designed for future <br />use, allowing an additional floor to be added to the manufacturing <br />plant. New systems such as anti- static flooring, computer rooms, <br />sound -proof test chambers, 1.4 million gallon thermal storage tank, <br />and a complete 77 acre site /landscape restoration were included. <br />
