Weitz provided 12 months of preconstruction serv- <br />ices to assist the owner with bringing the project within the budg- <br />etary requirements. Extensive value analysis returned <br />$1,350,000 in savings to the owner. This marks the 4th consec- <br />utive project our firm has constructed for Chicago based Hyatt. <br />
