(garage) <br />FEATURES <br />This 288,015 square foot office building will be the new <br />headquarters for the telecommunications company, <br />AT &T Broadband and Internet Services, formerly the TCI <br />Corporate Campus. This unique building is completely <br />circular and consists of two garage levels and two office <br />levels. The circular plan is consciously non - hierarchical <br />as it is anticipated that it will encourage interaction <br />among all employees. The courtyard is one acre and <br />provides a variety of outdoor spaces for informal <br />gathering, dining, and presentations. The structure is <br />composed of precast concrete and structural steel. <br />Exterior walls consist of aluminum framed glass <br />curtainwall. Both courtyard and exterior walls are <br />composed of this glass, creating an open, well -lit office <br />space. The clerestory curtainwall brings light into the <br />two -story circulation space and into other interior office <br />areas. <br />
