The construction of this building incorporates <br />large barrel vaulted glazing, as well as polished granite <br />slabs imbedded in the precast concrete skin. Construction <br />• <br />was coordinated around an existing highway overpass <br />which remained open throughout the construction <br />. <br />schedule. <br />
