GIS Parcel Base Map <br />City of Lauderhill <br />The Broward County Property Appraiser's Office <br />contracted Calvin, Giordano & Associates, Inc. to <br />develop parcel line information detailed to the lot <br />level. All recorded plats, metes and bounds <br />descriptions and condominium parcels where entered <br />using coordinate geometry, creating a base map that <br />was accurate within +/- .5 feet.
