I <br />�w <br />Calvin, Giordano & Associates, in permits being processed in <br />Inc. is providing permit <br />processing / coordinating by <br />providing reviews, approvals, <br />multidisciplinary coordination <br />and data management for the <br />City of Marathon Planning and <br />Zoning office. <br />Commercial and residential <br />projects requiring permits are <br />processed through this facility. <br />Knowledge of the applicable <br />city codes and statutes, as <br />well as other agency <br />requirements (i.e. county <br />building department) ensures <br />effective communication, a <br />smooth workflow, and results <br />a timely manner. <br />As an example, fences are <br />processed on a day -by -day <br />basis, while roofs, which <br />require an engineering review, <br />are processed in three days. <br />A walk -in office is maintained <br />for those permits not requiring <br />engineering or commercial <br />zoning review.
