The envelope containing the sealed bid must be clearly <br />marked <br />"SEALED BID" <br />GENERAL MUNICIPAL CONTRACT SERVICES <br />OPENING DATE AND TIME: FRIDAY, DECEMBER 20, 2002, 10:00 A.M. <br />BID #02 -11 -02 <br />Bids will not be accepted after 1 0:00 a.m., local time on December 20, 2002 under <br />any circumstances. <br />Specifications, instructions and bid forms are available from the Office of the City <br />Clerk, 17070 Collins Avenue, Suite 250, Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, or by calling <br />(305) 947 -0606. There is no charge for the bid package. <br />No bidder may withdraw his/her bid for a period of sixty (60) days following the <br />date of opening of these bids. Firms submitting responses may be requested to <br />make oral presentations as part of the evaluation process. <br />The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and may waive any <br />informality in any or all bids. <br />Christopher J.
